Tender Notice

NPSO (National Program Support Office) Decentralization Support Program, Finance Division Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputable vendors for the stationary items. Item Description along with tender document is available (free of cost) at the address cited below.

Interested companies are requested to submit their quotes, company profile and the following information/documents so as to reach Dy. Director Administration not latter than 26th January, 2007.

Income tax certificate.
Company should be GST registered.
All the Government taxes / levies will be deducted at the time of making payment.
Undertaking on the company letterhead that the company is not blacklisted by any firm or government department.
Kindly label the tender document with “Tender for Stationary”.
Bank draft of 2% of bid price as earnest money in favor of NPD NPSO, Finance Division.
Rates quoted should be valid for a period of 12 months.
